When you are in the whirlewind of making a new record a lot of amazing things happen around you and as a result, important things tend to get swept under the rug. The most important of course, has been communicating with you. So we will try to bring you up to speed on the latest happenings because sometimes life comes at you twice the speed of sound.

All of this was taking place while I moved from Boston to live in New York City, to settle in and paint my masterpiece: After a grueling two week rehearsal with producer lestytn Polsun and the band we spent five days of intense live tracking at venerable Sears Sound in Manhattan. About a week later we began overdub sessions that went on and off for a litle more than a month. In between all of this my website went down (we are rebuilding a new improved one this month) and I somehow played shows in New England. The highlight was a standing room only show opening for Shawn Colvin in Vermont and with Ari Hess on Long Island among others.We just spent 12 days mixing the record with our fast friend Zach Hancock at Downtown Music Studios in Soho. The album was then mastered at Sterling Sound.

I have to take my hat off to lestyn for his tenacity,vision and friendship. He really went all out on this project, and we can't thank him enough. What a great band....all amazing players and great people!. It was a true privelege to work with Teddy Kumpel, Dominic Fallacaro, Malcom Gold and Aaron Steele.
